This is a BBQ dry rub I originally developed for my homemade pulled pork, but I’ve found it works as well on beef or chicken. I particularly like it on anything I’ll be searing before cooking in some other manner.
Feel free to vary quantities to suit your needs.
Ingredients
1 T brown sugar
1 T chili powder
1 T salt
1 T ground black pepper
2 T paprika
Some cayenne pepper (it’s a feel thing)
T=Tablespoon
