Amiel's Skirt Steak Marinade

Skirt SteakSkirt steak marinade (for 2lbs)

Juice of 6 limes
1 onion, roughly chopped
4-6 garlic cloves, roughly diced
1 bunch of cilantro, stems cut away, chopped
¼ cup olive oil1 tbsp each of salt, cracked black pepper, cumin, and whatever the hell else you feel like adding.

Marinate the steak in Ziploc bags for 3 hours in the fridge or 1 hour on the counter, squishing bags frequently. Grill to medium-rare. Do not put inside tortillas. Do enjoy with cold cans of Tecate.
